April Employee of the Month: Cailey Hall

We are happy to announce that for the month of April, Cailey Hall has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Cailey works as a Class C Drivers and was nominated due to her high level of job performance, her mentoring of other employees and her positive attitude.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Cailey during her nomination:

“Cailey is willing to do whatever it takes to help our company succeed. She is self-motivated and is very independent, expecting little help and often does the job on her own. Cailey is often called on to help other delivery personnel finish their day when she has completed her duties. She is always willing to help others out.”

“Lately Cailey has been training our new Class C driver as we gear up for the busy summer months. The driver spoke of Cailey’s experience and her knowledge of accounts and routes, best practices, and customer service skills. It is great to have Cailey showing the new drivers what to do as Cailey herself is working hard to become a Class A driver.”

“We are lucky to have such a hard worker with a positive attitude.  Delivery is not easy at times, dealing with the elements in the winter and summer seasons.  It takes plentiful patience to deal with all that and the retailer aspect as well.  Thanks, Cailey, for all you do for the team here at National.”
