March Employee of the Month: Ralph Richards

We are happy to announce that for the month of March, Ralph Richards has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Ralph works in Day Warehouse and was nominated due to his initiative, his positive attitude and his mentorship of others in the workplace.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Ralph during his nomination:

“Ralph Richards is one of the most thorough employees that NDI has ever had the pleasure of having on staff. There is no ask that Ralph would not go above and beyond to complete. Ralph is thoughtful and supportive of the entire NDI crew. There is no one here who embodies the “One Team, One Dream” mentality more than Ralph.”

“Ralph’s attention to detail is unmatched. He is always keeping track of what someone in the office might need, or a small detail that would help another warehouse employee. Ralph circles back, checks in, revisits, and ensures that he is doing all in his power to help complete whatever task he is presented with.”

“Ralph is always stepping in and doing the little things that others might not see or notice. He is always putting his best foot forward at work and meeting employees with a smile and a kind word, even when he himself may be experiencing a tough time. Ralph is always setting the best example for others here at National. Ralph is truly a one-of-a-kind person, and employee, and National Distributors would not be the same without him.”
