December Employee of the Month: Bill Duncanson

We are happy to announce that for the month of December, Bill Duncanson has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Bill is our Fleet Mechanic and was nominated by multiple co-workers due to his problem solving, his high level of job performance and safety and his positive attitude.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Bill during his nomination:

“Bill is a gifted mechanic with the smallest things like the snowblower to the largest delivery vehicle in our fleet.  Many employees often say, “if Bill can’t fix it then it can’t be repaired.” Bill is responsible for maintaining our fleet and keeping all the over the road sales and delivery safe.  He takes this responsibility very seriously.”

“Bill is here every weekend and looks after the building; recently we had a late Saturday supplier delivery that he took the time to receive.  Bill is also a huge asset in the winter with snow removal. You can always count on him to deliver a safe and sound parking lot for all employees during the slippery winter conditions!”

“Bill is always in a good mood.  He is patient when it comes to employees having difficulty with a vehicle and he is also quick to respond knowing what must be done.  He is also always willing to help fellow employees with advice or even a quick fix on their personal vehicles.”

“Bill is invaluable to this company.  Easily one of the hardest working and most reliable employees at NDI.  He cares about his fellow employees’ well-being and safety.  We are very lucky to have such a person on our team!”
