September Employee of the Month: Todd Weber

We are happy to announce that for the month of September, Todd Weber has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Todd works in Draught Services and was nominated by multiple co-workers for his quality customer service, his initiative in the workplace and his problem-solving expertise.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Todd during his nomination:

“Todd has been with the Draught Services just over a year now and he is excelling at the position. Todd has taken on the new role with aplomb and has been making a name for himself out in the trade. One account reached out to his supervisor to sing his praises”

“I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how amazing your tech, Todd, was! He took the time to talk through with me what needed to be done and then even cleaned out our lines. He was very helpful, right on time and all around a pleasure to work with!”

“Todd’s addition to the Draught Services team came at the right time as we were taking on all our new craft lines. Todd had his hands full learning the ropes while also learning the new product, and he continues to work on learning something new in the role every day. Todd’s family has been extremely proud of him as well, with his children making him the talk of the day at school recently when they discussed the careers of their parents. They were exuberant in their praise of how proud they were of him for taking on the role, and it’s the same for us here at National, too.”
