April Employee of the Month: Tom Jordan

We are happy to announce that for the month of April, Tom Jordan has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Tom works as a Vending Cooler Tech and was nominated by multiple co-workers for his high level of job performance, phenomenal / positive attitude, quality customer service and attendance.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Tom during his nomination:

“Tom can be found on any given day repairing equipment, delivering equipment, selling a sales route, merchandising, making a delivery, operating a forklift putting away POS while doing his part to keep warehouse clean and organized. Whatever the task at hand is they are always up for the challenge to do whatever it takes to help NDI. Always doing this with a positive attitude even when the task at hand changes at a moment’s notice.”

“Tom is a great asset to the sales team always aiming to help other team members while at the same time providing great customer service, even if that call comes late on a Friday afternoon just as it did recently when Deep Brook Golf called looking to let us know that their beverage cooler was not cooling going into their opening weekend. Tom was able to stop in and get the cooler running so there were cold beverages for the weekend. This has been consistent for the past 15 years, always looking out for our retailers and supporting team members.”
