November Employee of the Month: Jeremy Hall

We are happy to announce that for the month of November, Jeremy Hall has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Jeremy works as a Beer Selector and was nominated by multiple co-workers for his high level of job performance, phenomenal / positive attitude, quality customer service and attendance.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Jeremy during his nomination:

“Jeremy was recently hired as a beer selector and made an immediate impact on the team. I can’t think of a new hire that learned his job so quickly all the while being so productive. I’ve done almost every job NDI has to offer and selecting beer has to be one of the toughest jobs in this company. You have to run a double pallet jack safely as you load cases and build large pallets that are stable for the trucks. It takes a lot of thought to put these deliveries together plus it is very physical.”

“Jeremy has figured out how to do his job correctly with cases picked numbers that are above expectations for new hires. Jeremy ALWAYS has a smile on his face. A positive attitude means so much to the guys in the warehouse.”

“Teamwork is very important in the warehouse. Each selector knows how much they contribute towards the case goal as the shift progresses. Someone like Jeremy will make people around him more productive not only by his example but also through his positive approach to his job.”
