October Employee of the Month: Ken Irving

We are happy to announce that for the month of October, Ken Irving has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Ken works as a Delivery Driver and was nominated by multiple co-workers for his high level of job performance, phenomenal / positive attitude, quality customer service and attendance.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Ken during his nomination:

“Ken is a hard worker, and he is quick to offer his help when the department is shorthanded. He is a well-rounded employee, and he is very thorough.”

“Ken is always taking care of his accounts by adding to their orders when he knows the account needs a product that wasn’t ordered, or if an item comes in that is out of stock. He is knowledgeable about all of National’s products and understands the importance of every department of the company.”

“Ken has an incredibly positive attitude. You never hear him complain, even after a hard day on the road you will find him with a smile on his face helping out in the warehouse. He is very friendly and helps new hires with any questions they have.”

“Ken is always willing to help in the warehouse. When the warehouse was down five employees, Ken stepped up and delivered his run in the morning, came back to the warehouse and picked 1,700-2,100 cases each night. He did this all week without hesitation.”
