September Employee of the Month: Kevin Sutton

We are happy to announce that for the month o September, Kevin Sutton has been selected as the National Contributor of the Month. Kevin works as a Wine Sales Assistant and was nominated by multiple co-workers for his high level of job performance, phenomenal / positive attitude, quality customer service and attendance.

To highlight, here are just a few things that were said about Kevin during his nomination:

“Kevin is as reliable as they come. He can jump into any sales route comfortably which makes him a great asset to the sales team. He is the only person on the team that knows almost every account in the southern territory. He does anything you ask of him and is super proactive in planning what he will be doing on a daily basis. He communicates any issues he comes across and does whatever he can to come up with a solution. His commitment to his job and National Distributors is steadfast.”

“Kevin has taken on more responsibilities with the changing work environment over the last year and a half. He has stepped into several accounts which he is entirely responsible for and has built up relationships. This has helped him take his job to another level. He always reaches out to see if there is anything he can do to lend a hand and he has an incredible work ethic. With a very busy summer he stepped up and helped contribute to the success of the wine sales department.”

“Kevin is as positive as they come and is a truly great human. His positivity is contagious. He has great relationships with everyone on the team, the accounts he goes into, and everyone knows they can trust him to thoroughly accomplish anything they need.”
