National Distributors welcomes
New Belgium

In April, we were excited to welcome our newest craft beer brand, New Belgium. With many of our accounts hosting launch parties, it was an exciting way to welcome this popular brewery to Maine.

New Belgium was established in 1988 after original founder Jeff Lebesch toured through Europe on his fat tire bike, exploring villages famous for beer. Drawing inspiration and bringing his vision back to the United States, New Belgium came to life in his basement with the help of his wife, Kim Jordan. Today, New Belgium currently has breweries in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC.

We will be carrying some classic New Belgium brews, as well as some seasonal favorites. These include Fat Tire, Citradelic, Dayblazer, Voodoo Ranger 8 Hope, Voodoo Ranger IPA and Watermelon. We also will be carrying some specialty kegs featuring Clutch, French Oak Saison, La Folie, Le Terroir and Transatlantique Kriek.

With lots of varieties available, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Seasonal Selections

Summer is almost here. In the beer world, we like to get summer started early. Here are a handful of summer selections that will help you ease into the nicer weather.
If you want something beyond the traditional summer berries, give Harpoon's UFO Huckleberry a try. Natural huckleberry flavor is added to this hefeweizen to make it the perfect blend of sweet and refreshing for any and all summer fun. Pairs nicely while frolicking through the countryside. And what the heck does a huckleberry taste like? A blueberry. But better.

Another great summer option is Jack's Abby Sunny Ridge. This aromatic lager features a sunshine hue, herbal noble hop nose, and a dry finish. We balance pilsner malt with a blend of European hops and polish it with extended periods of cold conditioning. You're royalty, now drink like it.

Bored by the status quo? Expand your palate with a pour of New Belgium Citradelic. Set adrift on a kaleidoscopic wave of hoppiness brought to you by a mystical marriage of Citra hops and tangerine peel, which elevates each sip onto a plane of pure tropical, fruity pleasure. Citradelic's namesake hop and fruit combine to jam with visions of additional hops like citrusy Mandarina Bavaria, tropical Azzaca, and fruity Galaxy for a colorful explosion that's grounded by just a touch of malty sweetness.

Whatever your adventure is this summertime, we have a beer for every palate. For an extensive list of some of our best selections, be sure to check out our website.
